Job Title: Business Development Executive – Staff Augmentation (IT) Experience: 1–6 Years Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad Work Mode: Onsite Working Days: Monday to Friday + First Saturday of every month Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM We’re looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development Executive who will take ownership of our Staff Augmentation services as their primary responsibility. If you enjoy building relationships, understanding client needs, and connecting the right IT talent with the right opportunity, this role is for you. ? Key Responsibilities ? Lead and grow the IT Staff Augmentation business vertical. ? Drive both inbound and outbound B2B sales activities (prospecting, cold outreach, follow-ups, demos, and closing). ? Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships. ? Need good coordination with Client and TA teams to work closely on CX requirements. ? Manage the complete client onboarding process – from requirement gathering to successful engagement setup. ? Maintain and nurture client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. ? Collaborate closely with IT recruiters to align client requirements with available talent. ? Understand IT skill sets, technologies, and market trends to effectively position services. ? Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. ? Required Skills & Experience ? Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing or staff augmentation. ? Strong exposure to client onboarding and account management. ? Good understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and recruitment processes. ? Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). ? Confident in handling the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closure. ?
