We are seeking a skilled **Talent Acquisition Professional** to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on **IT and contractual hiring**. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent to meet our organizational needs.


### **Key Responsibilities**


  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth hiring coordination.
  • Conduct interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain and update the **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)** with accurate and detailed records.
  • Ensure proactive communication with candidates and internal teams.
  • Achieve hiring targets in a **fast-paced and high-pressure** environment.

### **Requirements**


  • Experience in IT and contractual hiring.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume hiring.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and open to adopting new hiring tools and strategies.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • **Availability for communication 24×7** when required for critical hiring.
  • **Working Days:** Monday to Friday, and **1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays**.
