Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Consultant/Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). This role requires a professional with a proven track record in complex portal development, system migrations, custom solutions, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level solutions using SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SPFx.SharePoint

• Expertise: Develop custom web parts, create site/list architecture, manage permissions, and implement modern SharePoint branding.

• Power Platform: Create complex business logic, approval workflows (Flows), custom forms, and UI screens using Power Automate and PowerApps.

• Migration and Upgrades: Lead and execute migration projects from older SharePoint versions and other platforms to SharePoint Online. PowerShell scripts for migration automation.

• Coding and Integration: Write and maintain code using C# (CSOM, SSOM), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and REST APIs. Integrate UI elements with SharePoint lists and forms.

• Architecture and Design: Participate in initial requirement gathering, translate business queries into technical solutions, and design architecture for sites and lists.

• Team Leadership: Assign tasks, manage team members, attend daily status calls, and connect with customers to provide updates and discuss new changes.

• Support and Maintenance: Provide enhancement and support for existing SharePoint environments and custom applications. Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies within the Power Platform and SharePoint Online.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on the Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform stack.

• Microsoft 365: Expertise in SharePoint Online and on-premises (2019/2013), PowerApps, Power Automate, and MS Teams.

Development Skills:

• Strong programming skills in C# (.NET framework), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Hands-on experience with SPFx framework for modern web part and extension development.

• Familiarity with Client-side, Server-side, and JavaScript Object Models (CSOM, SSOM).Database & Tools: Familiarity with migration tools like ShareGate, DocAve and SPMT.
