Hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or App Connect Enterprise (ACE).

Strong in message flow design, MQ, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON/XML transformations.

Proficiency in integration testing, error handling, and debugging.

Solid understanding of Retail Operations, Order Lifecycle, Inventory Management, Fulfillment, and Store Operations.

Familiarity with EDI standards (e.g., 850, 856, 810) and integration with logistics and supplier systems.

Source control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and API Gateway experience.
