Job Description

We are looking for an AI Tech lead/Senior developer with skills in React-based web interfaces, chatbot development, and AI solution design to deliver end-to-end intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• React Web Interface Development

• Build and maintain user-friendly web interfaces using React.

• Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend AI/data services.

Chatbot & AI Solution Development

• Design and implement chatbot solutions leveraging LLMs and semantic kernels.

• Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-driven features such as copilots, assistants, and automation workflows.

• Prototype and deploy intelligent solutions that combine data pipelines, retrieval systems, and conversational interfaces.

Agentic AI Integration

• Integrate datasets with agentic AI workflows for reasoning, orchestration, and tool execution.

• Work with LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and OpenAI Assistants to enable contextual AI.

Data Engineering & Pipelines

• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.

• Develop and optimize data models, APIs, and ingestion frameworks.

DevOps & Performance

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of data pipelines and AI solutions.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

Required Skills & Technologies

• Data Engineering: Python, PostgreSQL, Spark, Databricks, Kafka

• Agentic AI: LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants, RAG pipelines, Semantic Kernel

• Web Development: React.js (frontend), RESTful APIs integration

• Chatbot Development: LLM integration, conversational AI frameworks

• Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure (data services, serverless, storage)

• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines

• Experience: 3–8 years (flexible based on expertise)
